<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin sheet having a constant thickness exactly and promptly by photographing a gap part between chill rolls and controlling a gap adjustment mechanism to be a prescribed gap interval based on the photographed image. SOLUTION: A CCD camera 38 is connected to a programmable controller 39 through an interface, and servo-motors 23a, 31a-33a, 37 are connected to the controller 39 through amplifiers 23a1, 31a1-33a1, 37a1. In the controller 39, the gap distance between the first and second rolls is determined from the image of the camera 38, and each servo-motor 23a, 31a-33a, 37 is feedback- controlled. As a result, the gap distance between the first and second rolls is adjusted to control the thickness of a resin sheet discharged from a chill roll unit to be constant.</p> |
