METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING DRIED GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high removal performance of gaseous organic impurities in the dried gaseous atmosphere by firmly fixing hydrophilic zeolite on the surfaces of a support of a gas cleaning filter using inorganic matter having effective pore size larger than that of the zeolite as a binder to form adsorption layers. SOLUTION: A filter part of the gas cleaning filter 11 is constituted by such a honeycombed structure 14 as a support that thin sheets 13 are interposed between plural adjacent corrugated sheets 12. The adsorption layers are formed on the whole surfaces of this honeycombed structure 14 by firmly fixing the hydrophilic powdery synthetic zeolite using the inorganic matter having effective pore size larger than that of the zeolite as a binder. The filter 11 is constituted by assembling outer frames 21-24 made of aluminum into an angular column shape to open to the circulation direction of the air to be treated and arranging the structure 14 in the internal space.
