<p>The element has a guide for a heat carrier part, and a contact surface for contact with a ceiling panel. At least part of the contact surface is formed by elastically or plastically deformable contact fingers (6). The fingers are positioned in rows, and are in heat-conducting contact with the guide. Each row consists of at least four parallel strip-like fingers, which have a width of between two mm and twenty mm, and consists of an elastic copper alloy.
