<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which throughput in enhanced in a manufacturing process and a solar cell module of higher reliability can be realized. SOLUTION: A surface member 104, a surface-sealing material 103, a photovoltaic element group 101, a rear surface sealing material 106, a rear surface insulating material 107, a rear surface sealing material 106 and a rear surface member 108 are superposed in this order, to form a solar cell module laminate 100. Openings 109 are formed in the material 106, the material 107 and the member 108 at positions which communicate with electrodes 111 for electricity extraction, which are arranged at the rear of the group 101. Conductive plug members 110, whose diameter is smaller than that of the openings 109, are arranged inside the openings 109.</p> |
