摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high performance by realizing a key point of arranging piezoelectric ceramic elements at high precision and high density in a two-dimensional array probe in which the elements are arranged in a flat and curved surface form, and easily conduct replacement of defective elements and correction of connection failure. SOLUTION: On a holder molded in a flat and curved form, holes for the respective elements to be inserted are formed at high precision to provide this mounting structure for the two-dimensional array probe of such a holder structure that the elements are inserted into the insertion holes. By thus providing the holder type mounting structure in which the holes for the elements to be inserted are disposed in the holder, and in which the elements are inserted into the holes in the holder, the elements can be arranged in the flat and curved surface form at high precision by setting the positions and directions of the holes at high precision, and the two-dimensional array probe can be manufactured in which the elements are disposed in such a flat and curved surface form that replacement of the elements or correction of connection is easy.
