ALIGNING AND STACKING DEVICE FOR SMALL-SIZED THIN PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning and stacking device for small-sized thin plate capable of automatically inserting small-sized thin plates manufactured by punching press working or the like into a stack guide body while stacking them in a one-line aligned state. SOLUTION: This device comprises a carrying conveyor 12 for carrying the small-sized thin plates 11 at a high speed; an alignment conveyor 13 for retaining the small-sized thin plates 11 released from the carrying terminal end of the carrying conveyor 12 in an assembled state and carrying them at a low speed; an alignment free roller 20 arranged so as to be opposed to the carrying start end of the alignment conveyor 13 with a prescribed space to align each small-sized thin plate 11 when passing between it and the alignment conveyor 13; and the cylindrical stack guide body 14 provided so that the carrying terminal end part of the alignment conveyor 13 faces the inner part from the upper end of a front plate part 47 opposed thereto to successively house the small-sized thin plates 11 therein while stacking them in a one-line aligned state.
