PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a physically weak person to easily get on a seat by changing the attitude of a moving seat formed by dividing a part of a vehicular seat, so that its seat cushion is horizontal, and moving the moving seat between a normal position and getting-in/out position. SOLUTION: A side sliding member is mounted in a laterally shiftable manner on front and rear side guide rails extending in a lateral direction. A rotary table with the moving seat mounted on the upper face is rotatably supported to the side sliding member. The rear side guide rail is moved up relatively to the front side guide rail to set the rotational center of the rotary table vertical to a floor and to place the upper face of a seat cushion of the moving seat almost parallel with the floor. In this state, the side sliding member is laterally shifted to the vehicle door side. Interlocked with this shift, the rotary table is turned until the front face of the moving seat faces the lateral outside of the vehicle.
