PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a design effect having three-dimensional feeling can not be obtained by a conventional transfer foil. SOLUTION: An optical control pattern layer 11 is formed of an ultraviolet curable transparent synthetic resin, a decorating color layer 12 of silvery ink is superposed on the control pattern layer 11, and a transfer adhesive layer 13 is superposed on the color layer 12. The pattern layer 11 is formed by leaving an area for a desired display factor such as a character, a design or the like as pores 17, a surface of the layer 12 side is formed as a rugged surface of a pattern of a grain pattern, and the pores 17 are filled with the ink of the layer 12 so that the rugged surface is smoothed. Accordingly, since the rugged surface of the layer 11 performs an action of a lens or the like, a light incident to the area having the rugged surface is mostly irregularly reflected and a light incident to the area of the display factor without rugged surface is mostly totally reflected. Therefore, only the factor is observed as an emboss-like stereoscope floated on the other part. Particularly, since a part for forming the area of the factor actually becomes a stereoscopic structure which is projected from the other part, the stereoscopic feeling is further strengthened.
