PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized DC power supply device improved in the ripple removal rate of power supply voltage. SOLUTION: This stabilized DC power supply device is equipped with a negative feedback control circuit 10 for controlling the voltage of an output terminal by controlling the current carried from power supply voltage VCC to the output terminal O. This device further comprises a ripple cancel circuit 5 for imparting a voltage obtained by reversing the voltage based on the power supply voltage VCC and adding its AC component to a DC voltage Vref that is a natural target voltage to the negative feedback control circuit 10 ass target voltage.
