PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a limp home by preventing an over-heat in an internal combustion engine using a motor generator disposed on the outside of a driving force transmission system to a wheel. SOLUTION: When an interlocking mechanism becomes abnormal, an interlocking between a motor generator(M/G) and an engine is forbidden by disconnecting an electromagnetic clutch (S210) by executing a limp home control processing and the M/G is driven to switch an auxiliaries to the state of rotating them (S230, S240). Thereby, a steering by a power steering and a cooling of the engine by a water pump can be continued. Since the interlocking between the M/G and the engine is positively forbidden, it is not allowed to stand in the state of a half clutching and an influence to other mechanisms caused by a friction heat is also prevented. An over-heat of the engine can be prevented by restricting an output of the engine such that a car speed SPD becomes 60 km/h or less. Thereby, a problem can be solved.
