PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform distortion freeing even if it is fitted to a terminal box, and yet, not to affect impedance of a coaxial cable. SOLUTION: A crimpless distortion-freeing terminal device 10 is constituted of a crimpless mechanical terminal 30 and a distortion-freeing bushing 32. A conductive bushing 34 is positioned on an end part of a coaxial cable 12, and a shielding conductor 18 is folded on the bushing 34. A heat contractive material 42 is arranged on the conductive bushing, heated, and contracted, and the shielding conductor is seized between the heat contractive material and the conductive bushing. A crimpless mechanical terminal device is arranged in a distortion freeing bushing.
