<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prophylactic/therapeutic preparation enabling human prostatic diseases to be surely prevented or treated. <P>SOLUTION: The prophylactic/therapeutic preparation for prostatic diseases contains soybean isoflavone aglycone. Preferably, the soybean isoflavone aglycone consists of a product in the form of an isoflavone aglycone concentrate obtained by fermenting soybean sprouts as the raw material by koji moulds to split protein followed by hydrolysis into an intermediate product, which is subjected to extraction and concentration using a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
