PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate to produce a rhodacyanine which allows the introduction of a positron nuclide having a short half-life. SOLUTION: The compound is expressed by general formula (1). Wherein, A<SP>1</SP>is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, -N(R<SP>3</SP>)-, -C(R<SP>4</SP>)(R<SP>5</SP>)- or a selenium atom; A<SP>2</SP>is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or -N(R<SP>6</SP>); L<SP>1</SP>, L<SP>2</SP>, L<SP>3</SP>, L<SP>4</SP>and L<SP>5</SP>are each independently a substituted or an unsubstituted methylene group; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are each independently a substituted or an unsubstituted alkyl group; V is each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituted group; m and n are each independently an integer of 0-2; q is an integer of 1-4.
