PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow performing cargo working by making a telescopic boom swing leftward and rightward. SOLUTION: The self-propelled working machine is constructed so that a boom swinging device 21 comprising a boom support member 22, a hydraulic cylinder 23 and the like is provided between a first stage boom 13 and a second stage boom 14, forming the telescopic boom 12, and a distal end side of the second stage boom 14 extending from the first stage boom 13 is swung together with a third stage boom 15, a cargo working tool 20 and the like leftward and rightward by the boom swinging device 21. This allows easy controlling of leftward and rightward position of the cargo working tool 20 with respect to a cargo unloading place and allows unloading of cargoes loaded on the cargo working tool 20 at the fixed unloading place.
