PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise stiffness of an intermediate part of a frame which supports an armature at an end, maintaining a compact composition of an electroacoustic transducer of a balanced armature type. SOLUTION: The composition is that a back end part of the armature 34 which is arranged so that it penetrates between a pair of magnets 24 and through a exciting coil 28 from a back side, is supported at a back face wall 32a of a frame 32 arranged to enclose the exciting coil 28 nearly in a character U shape from the back side. At this time, the stiffness of the back face wall 32a of the frame 32 is raised largely compared to a case epoxy adhesives 50 are not filled in a clearance by filling the epoxy adhesives 50 in the clearance between the back face wall 32a of the frame 32 and a terminal holding part 36 of a bobbin 22 adjacently arranged at the front side, and making the back face wall 32a of the frame 32 and the terminal holding part 36 of the bobbin 22 in a state of adhesion fixing by the epoxy adhesives 50.
