PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless remote control method by a repeater by which the setting of remote wireless control is made simple by unnecessitating exclusive processing, a procedure code is also made unnecessitated, the efficiency in the use of codes is improved, and the discrimination of the necessity/nonnecessity of retransmission of a control code is facilitated. SOLUTION: The wireless remote control method by the repeater 20 has the following constitution. A function control code of wireless communication system control is assigned to an input/output port of wired communication system control and a key, for example, a PF key being a function instruction key. The function is shared with the input/output port of the wired communication system control and the PF key. Response information is transmitted at least in either of the case when receiving the function control code assigned to the function and the case when executing the function based on the function control code or in both cases.
