PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit casing which is excellent in heat radiating effect and electromagnetic wave shielding performance. SOLUTION: A resilient seal material 21 is formed on the lid-side surface of a metallic plate 20 provided to a gasket 7, and a resilient seal material 22 is formed on the surface of the metallic plate 20 arranged on the side of a side wall 4. In the metallic plate 20, the seal material 21 is provided inside the seal material 22 fitted in a seal groove 43. When a bolt 6 is tightened, the seal materials 21, 22 are compressed and deformed so that the seal material 21 pushes the metallic plate 20 against the exposed part 42a of an internal wall 42, and the seal material 22 pushes the metallic plate 20 against a lid 5. As a result, sufficient metal contact can be obtained between the internal wall 42 and the metallic plate 20 and between the metallic plate 20 and the lid 5, and a heat radiating effect and electromagnetic shielding performance can be increased.
