<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device whose usability is enhanced as to settings about the functions and operation of interfaces. <P>SOLUTION: A digital complex machine 1 is a communication device that exclusively uses only one of the plurality of interfaces which it can have. For example, as the interface is changed from an I/F-A5 to an I/F-B14, the digital complex machine 1 causes a communication parameter stored in an EEPROM 6 for a wired LAN 15 to move to a hard disk 13 and also causes another communication parameter stored in the hard disk 13 for a radio LAN 16 to be stored in the EEPROM 6. Since the communication parameter stored in the EEPROM 6 is changed by referring to the hard disk 13 as the interface is changed, the need for resetting the communication parameter is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
