<p>A nitrogen analyzer including nitrogen concentration measuring means for determining the concentration of impurity nitrogen in a mixed gas composed mainly of argon and oxygen on the basis of the emission intensity of light occurring from the impurity nitrogen as a result of electric discharge in a discharge tube and the concentration of oxygen in a sample gas introduced in the discharge tube; and diluent oxygen introducing means for adding a diluent oxygen to the sample gas taken from the mixed gas in accordance with the oxygen concentration of the mixed gas.</p> |
