PURPOSE: A wall-mounted type air conditioner is provided to simply remove a convex part from an engagement part, and easily detach a front panel and a top panel from a main body. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner main body contains a heat exchanger and a blower. A front panel(3) and a top panel(5) are detachably attached to the air conditioner main body, wherein the front panel and the top panel are rotatively connected to each other and are attached to the air conditioner body in a connected state. A convex part(3A) engaging with the air conditioner body is installed on the front panel. An engagement part is engaged with the convex part. A guide plate(62) is installed to guide the convex part upward when the front panel is detached from the air conditioner main body.
