A microorganism Phoma macrostoma BWC05-8-3-2 for controlling sulfonylurea-resistant Monochoria vaginalis is provided to reduce the amount of organic synthetic herbicides used by inhibiting weed generation density in an environment-friendly manner, thereby reducing control costs. A microorganism Phoma macrostoma BWC05-8-3-2(KACC 93033P) controls sulfonylurea-resistant Monochoria vaginalis as well as dandelions. A mycelium suspension is prepared by culturing Phoma macrostoma BWC05-8-3-2(KACC 93033P) in PD broth medium at 25-28 deg. C and pH 5-6 with agitation of 150rpm for 5-7 days and pulverizing mycelium clot formed by the culture.
