A COMPOSITION FOR WET TISSUE

A composition for wet tissue is provided to prevent diaper dermatitis, red spots and skin inflammation caused by hydration of skin horny layer, continuous friction with the skin and secondary infection of pathogenic microorganisms without side effects. A composition for wet tissue having inflammation inhibition, astringency, stimulation inhibition, wound healing, antibacterial and moisturizing effects comprises 1-99.999 wt.% of sap of Betula platyphylla var. japonica, and 0.001-5 wt.% of a mixture of Rheum palmatum L. and Rumex acetosella L. extracts. The wet tissue contains 1-100% of the composition.
