A space sheet is provided to perform a rapid cleaning process and a rapid drying process by draining rapidly cleaning water through a cleaning hole in a cleaning process thereof. A carrier tape polymerization spacer sheet includes a space which is molded along a longitudinal direction of a base from both sides of a width direction of the base. The base is positioned between spacers facing each other. A plurality of isolation spacers(130) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the base in the base between facing spacers in order to divide the width of the base according to the width of the carrier tape. A plurality of loading parts(122) are formed at upper ends of the spacers. Both sides of the tape carrier are loaded on the upper ends of the spacers. The base is formed with a film.
