An improved cooling structure of strip casting rolls is provided to contribute to stable operation, thickness control and quality improvement by supplying cooling water to the strip casting rolls more stably and preventing distortion of the strip casting rolls in vertical and horizontal directions due to an external pressure applied to the casting rolls. A cooling structure of strip casting rolls comprises: a connecting pipe(200) which is connected to a lower end of a rotary union(110) for rotating and supporting a roll shaft(100) for strip casting, and which has an inflow hole(210) formed thereon; a ball type connecting pipe(310) into which the connecting pipe(200) is inserted and sealed, of which an external appearance has a ball shape, and which has holes(316) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof; a housing connecting pipe(330) into which a part of a lower end of the ball type connecting pipe is inserted, which contacts and supports the ball type connecting pipe such that the housing connecting pipe is closely adhered to the ball type connecting pipe, and which has a partition(332) in the vertical center thereof and a plurality of holes(334) formed along an outer peripheral surface of a lower portion thereof; and a fixing connecting pipe(350) in which the housing connecting pipe and the ball type connecting pipe are embedded, which is sealed by a cover(370), and which is formed on an upper end of a cooling water supply pipe(400).
