A lacquer spraying method and a device are provided to prevent lacquer sprayed on dishes used in religious services from being scattered in the air by mixing the lacquer with the water discharged from a water pipe installed in the rear side of a spraying plate. A lacquer spraying method for preventing lacquer from being scattered comprises the steps of: installing an object to be vanished with lacquer; spraying the lacquer on the object; and dropping water to the rear side of the object to mix and absorb the lacquer that is not sprayed on the object and scattered in the air, and the water. A lacquer spraying device has a spray gun(40) and a water pipe(20) dropping the water to the rear side of the object to remove the lacquer from the air, by mixing the lacquer sprayed from the spray gun and scattered in the air, and the water and dropping the water absorbing lacquer.
