WEIGHT SCALE FOR THE CARGO VEHICLE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF

An axle weigher and an installation method thereof are provided to maintain balance of a Wheatstone bridge by changing a compensation resistor depending on ambient temperature, thereby improving accuracy of weighing. An axle weigher includes detection plates(52,54), a plurality of strain gauges, and temperature gauges. The detection plates are installed at left and right sides of a road(50) in the width direction. The strain gauges are installed at the upper and the lower part of the detection plates symmetrically with each other. The temperature gauges are installed on the detection plates respectively, and resistance values thereof are varied depending on ambient temperature. The strain gauges and the temperature gauges form a Wheatstone bridge to measure the load of a wheel of the vehicle on the detection plate.
