A fixing device of an opening and closing type membrane structure is provided to heighten bearing capacity against lateral reaction force of a frame and to fix the location of a frame by setting a frame on a support, and spreading an arm to the frame and fixing to the support. A fixing device of an opening and closing type membrane structure is used for fixing a truss, and reciprocating a frame on a structure and opening and closing the lower part, and includes a support(20) installed on a structure to support a truss and a frame strongly, a truss fixed to the support or the structure, a frame provided with transfer members such as rollers to move along guide rails of the support to open and close the upper part of the structure, a reinforcement member formed on the front of the frame to disperse bending force and to prevent the downward bending deformation of the frame, stoppers installed on two ends of the support to prevent the separation of the frame toward two sides of the support, a fixture fixing the frame at the preset location and composed of an arm(72) extended from the edge of the frame, a fixing hole(74) formed on the end of the arm, a hanging groove(76) formed on the support and a hanging pin(78) inserted to the fixing hole and the hanging hole to prevent the movement of the arm and the frame, and a hinge(80) coupling the arm to the front of the frame and composed of a bracket member(82) formed on the frame and provided with a hinge hole(83), a connecting hole(84) formed on the end of the arm and a hinge pin(85) inserted to the hinge hole and the connecting hole to hinge the arm to the frame.
