A framing system of a body assembling line is provided to minimize and simplify a main buck equipment by forming robot gripper frames, a docking unit, a locking unit and the others and by assembling the frames, the units and the others systematically. A framing system of a body assembling line comprises an RH robot gripper frame(12) and an LH robot gripper frame which are structured while being engaged using a docking member(11), a docking unit(14) installed in one side of the gripper frames, which enables the gripper frames to be docked to each other, a locking unit engaged with each of lower portions of the gripper frames, which fixes the whole of the robot gripper frames.
