<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a selection error when printing data for use in the formation of an image are selected from among a plurality of printing data which are stored in a storage means, and to make it unnecessary to perform high-load processing such as simplification of image data by using an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The printing data includes preview image data Dg2 wherein the image within the range of a maximum effective coordinate area Amax enabling the image to be formed by the image forming apparatus is simplified, and wherein a coordinate is set outside the range of the area Amax.
