<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device of high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device comprises a substrate, a light-emitting element arranged on the substrate, a reflecting member which reflects light of the light-emitting element, a bonding member for bonding the substrate and the reflecting member, and a sealing member which covers the light-emitting element and is arranged on the substrate separated from the reflecting member.
