A radiating device for disk drive and a disk drive is provided to improve the radiating efficiency and reduce the size of the device by installing a suction cone and integrally rotating a disc, blades, and a protective plate. A radiating device of a disk drive comprises a turn table(24), a clamp(30), and plural blades(33). The turn table on which a disc(D) is mounted is rotated by a spindle motor(22). The clamp selectively assembled to the turn table fixes the disc. The blades radially extended from the outer periphery of the clamp discharges air sucked from the outside in the centrifugal direction of the disc. A shock absorbing member(35) having large friction coefficient and elasticity is attached to the lower side of the blades.
