A health supplementary food for babies and teenagers comprising silk peptide, DHA and calcium pantothenate is provided to prevent lowering of memory and learning capacity by activating brain cells and to help growth and development by increasing the absorption rate of calcium and supplying nutrients. A health supplementary food for babies and teenagers contains: 10 to 20 parts by weight of silk peptide, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of DHA and 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of calcium pantothenate, based on 100 parts by weight of alpha-amylase and has any one formulation of powder, capsule, tablet and granule.
