A sliding opening/closing device of a cellular phone is provided to enable display members to slide along fixed frames fixed to a body member without separate frames, thereby realizing slimness of the cellular phone as saving a cost caused by production of the separate frames. A body member(100) is equipped with a keypad on an upper side. Fixed frames(200) are equipped with guide rails(210) to be matched together by being fixed to both upper sides of the body member. Display members(300) are integratedly equipped with sliding rails on both sides to be slid along the guide rails, and open/close the keypad. A sliding assembly(400) elastically slides the display members by certain external power by being installed between the display members and the body member.
