A masking ball feeding gun and a masking ball feeding apparatus using the same are provided to prevent the discharge of masking balls stably by making the angle between the contact surfaces of upper and lower projections of a shutter at 130~160 degrees. A masking ball feeding gun for masking a masking ball(B) by loading the masking ball in a bolt hole of a vehicle wheel before painting work is composed of a main body(110) having a receiving space(111) for temporarily receiving the masking balls and a discharge port(113B) for discharging the masking balls received into the receiving space, to the lower side; a shutter(120) installed at the lower part of the main body having the discharge port to allow the discharge of the masking balls selectively one by one; and a driving unit mounted on the main body to drive the shutter.
