The method involves optimizing network parameters under application of predefined communication parameters in a coupling function. The communication parameters are optimized under application of the optimized network parameters. Both the parameters are linked by the coupling function. The optimization of both the parameters is iteratively repeated until a convergence criterion with respect to the communication and network parameters is fulfilled. The parameters are optimized by maximizing and minimizing a parameter that characterizes communication in a wireless telecommunication network (10). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for simultaneous executing of routing and resources allocation for a communication in a network (2) a computer program product with a set of codes for simultaneous executing of routing and resources allocation for a communication in a network.
