METHOD MANUFACTURING VIBRATION/NOISE INSULATING PANEL BOARD AND PANEL BOARD THEREBY

An aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a panel board to prevent vibrations and noises, which comprises the steps of: (a) generating a first intermediate material resulted by mixing an adhesive, a desiccating agent, an antimicrobial agent and a negative ion agent; (b) putting the first intermediate material into a frame, and heating the first intermediate material to generate a second intermediate material; (c) putting the second intermediate material into a frame to generate a vibration-proof mat (20); and (d) adhering a flame-resistant and desiccating sheet (30) on at least one surface of the vibration-proof mat (20). Thereby, the present invention may be used as a main component of a floor constructed on bottoms of various kinds of facilities to prevent a fatigue level of a physical body from increasing and to present functionality and durability from being abruptly lowered.
