The present invention relates to a power supplying device for a diode electron gun in a medical electron accelerator. The power supplying device includes a first voltage supply part which is connected to a cathode and transmits an AC voltage of a pulse type to the cathode; a second voltage supply part which is connected to a filament and transmits an AC voltage to the filament; and a control part which connects the first voltage supply part and the second voltage supply part and controls a voltage transmitted to the cathode and the filament. So, the loss of a current outputted from the electron gun can be minimized.
