PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element drive circuit and robot having the same, capable of achieving low power consumption.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element drive circuit includes: a piezoelectric element array 400 formed by N (N is an integer of two or more) piezoelectric elements 110 each of which has a piezoelectric substance with a thickness of 0.05 μm or more to 20 μm or less and two electrodes sandwiching the piezoelectric substance serially connected to the piezoelectric element array 400; a first generating circuit 340 which supplies a voltage including an AC component and a DC component in the piezoelectric element array 400; and a second generating circuit 350 which supplies a voltage including a DC component to M (M is an integer of one or more) junction points of (N-1) junction points between the two adjacent piezoelectric elements 110 of the piezoelectric element array 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
