<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desktop smoke discharger with favorable stability and usability, and comparatively high smoke and oil removing capability, compatible with every kind of desktop cooking equipment for proper use. <P>SOLUTION: The smoke discharger is constituted of a ventilating fan 10 approximately vertically arranged on a setting face, a frame 20 supporting the ventilating fan 10, a first filter 31 provided in front of the ventilating fan 10 to remove oil in mist and lampblack, and a hood 40 with an opening surface 41 tilted so that the front side is raised with respect to the setting face. Optimally the frame 20 is constituted so that height position of the ventilating fan 10 is variable, and further preferably constituted so that the tilt angle of the opening surface 41 of the hood 40 is variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
