In order to reduce variations in the appearance of a light-emitting device in which a plurality of LED elements having the same specifications are arranged, this light-emitting device comprises an arrangement of a plurality of light-emitting circuits in which a transistor 11 that is an LED drive element, a resistor element 21 that is a current limiting resistor, and an LED element 31 are connected in series, wherein the transistors 11, 12 that are LED drive elements, the resistor elements 21, 22 that are resistor elements, and the LED elements 31, 32 respectively have the same specifications, one end of each light-emitting circuit being connected to a light-emitting circuit power supply voltage line, and the other end thereof being connected to ground, wherein a voltage VH, which is the light-emitting circuit power supply voltage, is at least four times the sum of a forward voltage of the LED elements 31, 32 and an on-time collector-emitter saturation voltage of the transistors 11, 12 that are LED drive elements. |
