The present disclosure provides a method for controlling a power, comprising: determining an average basic transmission power of all User Equipments (UEs) in a cell in each first resource; for each first resource, determining a UE group scheduled in the first resource and a first transmission power allocation factor corresponding to the UE group according to the average basic transmission power. The present disclosure also provides an apparatus for controlling a power. According to the present disclosure, a base station determines a UE group scheduled in each subband and a transmission power for each UE in the UE group. |
