A blood collection set (10) equipped with: a wing-equipped blood collection needle (18) having a protector (62) capable of storing a needle body (44); and a holder (42) that forms a sampling port (26) connected to the wing-equipped blood collection needle (18) via tubes (16, 22). The holder (42) has a hollow, cylindrical holder body (78) having an insertion port (84) formed therein into which a blood collection tube (77) is inserted, and a lid (80) capable of opening and closing the insertion port (84) of the holder body (78).
