Disclosed is a door lock mechanism for a dish-washing machine, comprising a lock body assembly (2) mounted on a liner reinforcing rib (1) and a lock tongue (4) mounted on a machine door (3). The lock body assembly (2) comprises a base body (21) having a recessed cavity (211) and an insertion hole (212), a swing rod (22) rotationally mounted in the recessed cavity (211), and a torsional spring (23) of which two ends are fastened and connected to the base body (21) and the spring rod (22) respectively. One end of the lock tongue (4) inserts, in a sliding manner, into the recessed cavity (211) from the insertion hole (212), and is tightly clamped into the recessed cavity (211) via the swing rod (22). Further disclosed is a dish-washing machine.
