The first phase 20 and the second phase 30 each have a skutterudite structure. In the thermoelectric conversion material 10, the contents of the first phase 20 and second phase 30 are each no less than 10%, preferably no less than 20% on a volume basis. The thermoelectric conversion material 10 may further comprise at least one phase different in element composition in addition to the first phase 20 and the second phase 30.
