PURPOSE: A method for dry-preprocessing waste lubricating oil including radioactive elements is provided to remove volatile radioactive elements by improving a dry-preprocessing method. CONSTITUTION: A preheating process for waste lubricating oil is performed under the temperature of 20 to 200 degrees centigrade. The waste lubricating oil is processed by using a filter(403) including ammonium salt and a filter case including an absorbing agent(503). The filter is formed with a glass fiber, a ceramic, a natural fiber, and a synthetic fiber. The filter is dipped into an ammonium solution as a mixture of the ammonium salt of 1 weight percent and water or organic solvent of 0.1 to 10 weight percent during 1 to 24 hours. The filter is dried under the temperature of 10 to 100 degrees centigrade. |
