PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film in connection with a dielectric element, such as a film capacitor with a dielectric film, which is small in the difference in relative dielectric constant between with and without a DC voltage applied, and which has a high relative dielectric constant even if a DC voltage is applied thereto.SOLUTION: A dielectric film includes a primary component expressed by the following general formula: (BaCa)(TiZr)O, where 0<x≤0.500, 0<y≤0.350 and 0.900≤z≤0.995. The dielectric film comprises: a layer including columnar crystal grains; and a layer including spherical crystal grains. The dielectric film includes, as a subcomponent, at least one kind of a divalent metal element and a trivalent metal element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
