The spindle sleeve unit is fitted partly in a hollow shaft (24) with a cam roller (32). The assembly contains a longitudinal feed section (33) and distancing ring (32) fitted on the tool spindle (10) by a bush (35). The tool spindle and the hollow shaft rotate in the same direction. The feed velocity results from the speed difference. The open longitudinal feed curve (33) is arranged on the tool spindle so that the cutting forces produce longitudinal feed drag towards the cam roller (12).
