PURPOSE:To reduce average particle diameter and scattering of the diameter for homogenization by spraying an organic substance insoluble in a supercritical fluid into said supercritical fluid, after being dissolved in a solvent soluble in the supercritical fluid. CONSTITUTION:A solvent with an organic substance dissolved therein the sent by a pump 2 from an organic substance dissolution tank 1 to an atomization tank 3. During this time, the solvent is raised in pressure to an atomization pressure by the pump 2 and sprayed into the atomization tank 3 through a supply pipe 4 and nozzle 5, while a supercritical fluid is supplied into the atomization tank 3 through a supply pipe 6. When sprayed into the supercritical fluid in the atomization tank 3, the solvent dissolves in the supercritical fluid and, therefore, the solution concentration becomes higher, resulting in the deposition of the organic substance as fine particles P, which are removed from an outlet 7. |
