PURPOSE:To easily repair an electric connector in which a plurality of contacts are provided in an insulator by providing detachable contacts at the outer periphery of undetachable contacts. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in an electric connector 23 connected to a signal cable 22 employed for a video scope, a plurality of single pin contacts 52 and shield contacts 54 arranged respectively for connection of wires 55 and a shield wire 56 to an insulator 39, and post 53 is inserted. The shield wire 56 which needs repair often due to malfunction is attached detachably and the single pin contacts 52 and also the post 53 which comparatively rarely need repair are attached undetachably. Further, the shield contacts 54 are provided at the outside of the single pin contacts 52. Thus, repair is easily conducted. |
