发明名称 MULTICOMPONENT QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS METHOD USING FTIR
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the quantitative analysis of multiple components simply and accurately by one FTIR even for samples to be measured whose constituent components are largely different. CONSTITUTION:Adequate component groups to be measured or component groups to be measured and concentration ranges are set for plural kinds of samples to be measured whose constituent components, or constituent components and their concentration ranges can be approximately predicted. The groups of wave-number points for special concentration computation corresponding to the groups and the concentration ranges are specified beforehand. Of a plurality of the groups of the wave-number points for concentration computation, one group is selectively used. Thus, the concentration computation of the constituent component of each sample to be measured is performed.
